- Dated on the guard to? 1376, with reference to C 49/43/10, a fragmentary summary of petitions possibly dating to the 1376 parliament. However, this is presumably the same Alan de Heton who died following the occupation of Chillingham Castle in 1387 by a force led by Manners and others.
