- John Mountagu requests that the King order the Treasurer and Barons of the Exchequer to summon before them the record of an array, in which a suit was tried on a writ brought against him by Huwysh, a debtor of the King. The case was upheld and a writ of nisi prius issued against him, which the Exchequer has accepted, but Mountagu claims that the jury had been arrayed by Seke.
