Nature of request
John de Mounteney of Writtle requests remedy against FitzWilliam and Sparke. He states that, under a false claim by them that he was bound to Sparke for a debt of £40, Hardy arrested him in Chelmsford and sent him to the Marshalsea, where he has remained for 45 weeks under a false bill.

Let him have a writ on the form of the imprisonment, on the petition that he was held without warrant.
