- Arnaud de Moumur requests orders to the Prevot of St Sever that he execute the judgment made in his favour against Marie, daughter and heir of Assieu de Navalles, regarding 3000 sous owed to him by her deceased father. He also asks that the lieutenant of Gascony be ordered to ensure execution of the judgment.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated on the guard to after 1305. Assieu de Navailles, referred to in this petition as dead, was amongst a group of people mentioned in a writ of that year (Roles Gascons, III, no.4744), but it is unclear whether Assieu was still alive at the time of that writ, which refers back to an earlier event. He was certainly alive in 1294 (Roles Gascons, III, no.3382, while the handwriting would suggest a date no later than c. 1320.
