- Presumably relates to the alleged attack on Mortemer by Trussell referred to in CPR 1413-16, p.115. The guard note suggests that this Mortemer is the same man who petitioned from prison in 1421 (SC 8/24/1171 & SC 8/125/6236), but this is uncertain.
