- Arnaud Guillaume de Mauveisin states that the lands of Juliac were destroyed and burnt in the war, and although people now wish to return, they dare not until the boundaries of the knights' fees have been determined. He therefore requests the power to apportion these, and that a member of the Gascon council be appointed to act with him.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated on the guard to? c. 1289, with reference to Roles Gascons, vol.II, no.1033, but this would seem too early. It almost certainly post-dates the Gascon war of 1294, and considering the handwriting may be later still. The petitioner appears in the Gascon Rolls in the latter part of the reign of Edward I.
