- The Earl of March requests the payment of outstanding sums owed to him for his fee as the King's Lieutenant in Ireland, and also for expenses incurred by him in dealing with Irish enemies, English rebels and Scottish invaders. He recites the terms of indentures regarding the payments due to him for this office, claiming that payments have not been made in accordance with these, and he requests that these are observed, as he has remained in office despite these terms being broken.
