Nature of request
The English merchants trading in Prussia request that the King order the seizure of all the goods in England belonging to Prussian merchants, as compensation for goods to the value of £20,000 unjustly detained in Prussia by those merchants. They also request the repeal of a charter of privileges granted to those merchants by the King, as these acts have broken the terms of that charter.
