- Margaret, wife and executor of Richard de Mounpellers, requests that she be granted part of the debt of £158 15s 5d which the King's father owed to her husband for various spices bought from him, as appears by a bill of the King's wardrobe, and she will pardon the rest of the debt in order to receive the remainder.

- Let the Treasurer and Barons be ordered to view the bills, and if they find that the King should be served let the King be certified.Coram Rege.

- Clearly dates to the beginning of a reign, and given the handwriting, the French endorsement and the reference to the king's father, the early years of Edward III appear most likely.
