- Peter de Mounceux requests remedy against Geoffrey de Cave concerning recognisances made between them before the Mayor of York and the clerk of the statute. He claims that they made an initial recognisance of 10 marks, but Cave refused to accept payment, but instead had Mounceux committed to prison until he entered another recognisance of 40 marks, which he is unable to pay.
