John Merston and his wife Rose request that a tenement called 'Le Leden Porche' in London, formerly granted to John, be re-granted to both of them for the terms of their lives. The tenement, which they have repaired at great cost, was originally granted to John and his heirs, but is being resumed in the current Act of Resumption and re-granted to John for the term of his life only.
