Nature of request
The Prior of St Katherine's requests that the sum of £100, taken from him by Barton, purveyor of victuals for Carlisle, from the proceeds of the tenth granted by the Pope, should be allowed to him in his account as collector.
Nature of endorsement
He should return the letters patent which he has relating to the stated sum and let letters patent be issued to him for the same sum from the tenth imposed upon the clergy of England by Pope John XXII and granted to the King.
