- Calendar of London Letter Books, E, p.141 contains a record, dated 18 May 1321, of a petition presented by the London taverners relating to this issue. That entry is far more detailed than the present petition, but the details in this petition appear consistent with that record, and the two documents may well relate to the same matter, if not the same petition, and may well represent different stages in the same process.
