[Part of this document is illegible.]Hawise, formerly wife of Walter de Gloucester, requests judgment in her case against FitzWaryn, against whom she has sued a writ in the Common Bench concerning her dower. The justices have not come to judgment as the lands concerned are in the hands of the king due to a minority.
