- Dated on the guard to 'c. 1378 seq.', with reference to the decision of the 1377 parliament. Petitions on this matter were recorded on the rolls of the parliaments of 1379 and 1380, but this petition cannot be definitively linked with either, although it would seem to date from the same period.
