Dated on the guard to? c. 1380. These people were the subject of another petition (SC 8/122/6081), relating to the death of Walter Webbeley on 10 September 1379, and presumably this petition also dates from around that time. John le Sqwele (Squel) was pardoned for his part in that murder in 1384 (CPR 1381-5, p.380).
