Thomas de Leuekenore states that he held his manor of Greatworth of Thomas, Earl of Lancaster, but is being pursued by the king's officials to pay homage for these lands. He therefore asks that a decision be made as to whether or not the lands are forfeit.

Note
Dated on the guard to? c. 1324, but with no evidence cited. However, this petition is clearly contemporary with a similar petition at SC 8/122/6099, also dated to this general period. Both clearly date to the aftermath of the battle of Boroughbridge in 1322, and the forfeiture of the participants.
