One was to be associated with St Leonard's Hospital in Newark, the holder to be the keeper of the hospital, and the other with the shrine of St Hugh in Lincoln Cathedral, the holder to be keeper of the new library.

Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated on the guard to? c. 1428, but no evidence cited. However, Fleming made a number of foundations around this time. Savage's office as master of St Leonard's had been ratified in 1417 (CPR 1416-22, p.119).
