John Lescrop asks the king to consider how he has asked the commons to entreat with the king regarding his request to recover the lordships and lands of his brother Henry. He states that the commons have agreed to this, and asks that the king take advice from his council regarding the tenure of the lands, and do justice to him.

The related petition at SC 8/122/6097 as assigned in Rot. Parl. IV, pp.160-1 to the Parliament of May 1421. Given that both petitions are similar in style, and both bear similar numbers at the foot, it would appear that that related petition is the one mentioned in the first line of the present document, and both therefore date to that 1421 parliament.
