- John Latymer seeks the return of the manor of Tartayn near Dublin, of which he is the rightful heir. He says that the manor was held by Hugh Latymer, and on his death passed to his son John, who was a ward of the King. This John married the daughter of Robert Holywode, but died under-age without heirs, and although the manor should have then passed to the petitioner, Holywode has retained possession, claiming it by right of the marriage to his daughter.
