Note (Additional information about the record)
- A note on the guard suggests 1391, referring to this as the next parliament after that of 11 Richard II. However, internal evidence indicates that the legislation of the regnal year 11 referred to is that of 1337, and the petition must therefore date from Edward III's reign, probably towards the end of the reign.
