She states that she held these rights in dower from her husband John, whose family had held them since the time of Edward I. However, she has since been dispossessed by Richard Neville, and has been unable to secure justice.

Dated on the guard to? 1427, but no evidence cited. However, the form of the petition, the endorsement, and the pattern of the damage to the right edge, all appear consistent with other petitions from the 1427-8 Parliament, while the date of 17 November would assign it to the first session.
