Note (Additional information about the record)
- Dated on the guard to 1455, with reference to Rot. Parl. VI, p.317. However, the Act of Resumption was passed at the end of the Parliament, a date confirmed by the date of 1 March given on the dorse. The petition was therefore presumably presented at some point during the course of the parliament.
