Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick to Holdernesse: he sees from his letter [SP 87/37/73] that the peace negotiations are at an early stage, and the king of Prussia has ceased speaking of a separate peace. He is leaving for Lippstadt, where he will review the British Legion. Dispositions of the British troops in Hesse and the remainder in Westphalia. Colonel Boyd has reviewed the Brunswickers.
