Description

Encloses an article of private information which he received that morning and shall forward a copy to Rear Admiral Sir John La Forey [regarding a sloop of war which arrived in Martinique and sailed for Guadeloupe and St. Domingo]; extract of a letter received few days ago on the state of St. Juan in Porto Rico; letter in Spanish from the governor of Trinidad [states free Black woman Maria Magdalena Borrely 'recommended by Your Excellency had Justice in her demand of the negro slave called Jacques, her property'].
