He asks whether the ten English battalions will be returned to Flanders when the disturbances are over. Prince Frederic and his Hessians have arrived at Antwerp. Rumours among Lancashire soldiers of suspicious numbers of saddles and bridles manufactured at Prescot. Dated at Vilvoorde. PS. recommendation for a vacant captaincy. ff. 209, 210
