Cumberland to Harrington: march of two divisions [regiments named] to Willemstad. Albemarle will proceed with seven of the eight battalions to Newcastle. His orders to the officers who have volunteered to serve in Scotland. Lieutenant General Sinclair wishes to do likewise. He repeats his wish to return; the French are moving into winter quarters. Kaunitz has given him an account of an action between Prince Charles [of Lorraine] and the Prussians; he encloses a copy [SP 87/18/101]. Dated at Vilvoorde. PS. that he encloses a return of the second detachment and a memorial on Lieutenant General Sinclair's proposals. He suggests sending some Austrian hussars. ff. 204, 205, 199
