Harrington to Cumberland: he is to send eight battalions to Willemstad to embark for Newcastle-upon-Tyne to join Wade, and hold nine squadrons in readiness for when the transports have been adapted to carry horses. He encloses a letter to Trevor justifying the king's decisions. The troops should be self-sufficient and all be English. The dragoons and artillery to be landed in the Thames. Dated at Whitehall. ff. 182-184
