Cumberland to Saxe: the delay caused by returning the prisoners by way of Verdun does not accord with the cartel of Frankfurt. The majority of prisoners could have been delivered to Brussels within the fortnight specified by the cartel. He does not doubt Saxe's good intentions, and asks him to intervene. Dated at camp at Vilvoorde. ff. 130-132
