Cumberland to Harrington: he has intelligence that the French are preparing to move 25,000 men to the Moselle. Disposition of French winter quarters. He encloses copies of his letters to Belle-Isle [SP 87/18/60] and Saxe [SP 87/18/61) complaining at the slow return of the prisoners. Retirement of Lt Colonel Moor and Major Ash.
