Saxe to Cumberland: the French have had no word from Belle-Isle and his brother, but as soon as they do, the allied prisoners of war will be released. The cartel of Frankfurt of 1743 will be reinstated. He asks Cumberland to nominate a person to negotiate the exchanges and ransoms. Dated at headquarters at Opdorp. ff. 41, 42
