Cumberland to Harrington: Ingoldsby's suspension will be for 3 months. Private letters from England say that Belle-Isle and his brother are at liberty. Königsegg and the grand duke of Tuscany. The French are threatening Fort Marguerite. A skirmish at Asche. He is sending Lord Crauford to command at Ostend. A successful sortie by the garrison there. He encloses a copy of his letter to Saxe regarding Belle-Isle. Dated at camp at Vilvoorde. ff. 14-18
