Description

Cumberland to Harrington: his favourable impression of Königsegg. They are relying on the three additional regiments. As a result of seeing the enclosed letter [SP 87/16/68] a council of war has decided to assemble forces around Brussels. He encloses dispositions for their march [SP 87/16/69, 70]. He believed the enemy means to besiege Mons. Saxe is at Maubeuge and in bad health. Dated at Brussels. ff. 137, 138
