Granville to Wade, or in his absence, Ligonier: the French intend to bridge the Main between Frankfurt and Höchst. Saxe has applied to the French court to spend the winter in the Netherlands, and doubtless intends some action. Wade is to press Brussels to complete the works at Ostend.
