Ligonier's report to Wade (copy) of his meeting with Arenberg and Count Maurice of Nassau: the archduchess has been advised by Maria Theresa that she will not withdraw troops from Alsace, and would therefore wish the army [in Flanders] to attack Saxe, undertake some siege, or send a detachment to the Moselle.
