Description

Advices from Oudenaarde: Veurne has capitulated, and the garrison is to go to Breda. Enemy construction of a road and a bridge. Repairs to the fortifications of Veurne. Dysentery and other diseases rife in the [French] army. Many horses are afflicted with glanders. Dispositions of French troops in the region of Tournai, Courtrai and Menin. ff. 218, 219
