Wade to Nouailles, agreeing to his proposal for the immediate exchange of naval prisoners on issue of receipts; he will write to Carteret next day, so that the French prisoners may be released. He encloses a passport for de Givry, and has nominated a brigadier to sign the cartel with him. He is willing for the clause on fishing to be inserted. Dated at Berlegem. ff. 212, 213
