Nouailles to Wade, requesting him to send a passport for M de Givry, who will negotiate the cartel [for seamen]. Arrangements for its signing. He suggests that the prisoners be released immediately on issue of receipts. He suggests that the cartel include a clause for non-interference with fishermen of both sides, as was practised during the last war. Dated at Dunkirk. ff. 210, 211
