Wade [to Carteret]: the two Dutch and one British battalions have gone to Tournai, but the Austrians have sent none. There is only a few days dry fodder left, but Arenberg and Königsegg have asked him not to start foraging. He has agreed, as have the Dutch. He has sent marching orders to three of the four battalions expected at Ostend. Allowances for the Dutch troops coming from England. Not having heard artillery fire from Ypres, he hopes it has not capitulated. Dated at camp at Berlegem. ff. 159, 160
