Description

Carteret to Wade: four regiments (Barrell's, Cholmondeley's, Fleming's and Beauclercks) embarked on Thursday and should be in Ostend. Count Saxe intends to attack the allied army should it cross the Scheldt. Dated (OS) at Whitehall. f. 158
