Description

Commissioners for sick and wounded seamen to Mr Corbett (copy), enclosing a letter from [William] Norton in Dunkirk [SP 87/14/91] on British prisoners there, their subsistence, and procuring access to the town, and asking him to lay it before the lords commissioners of the admiralty. f. 148
