Wade [to Carteret], enclosing a state of the allied forces in the Austrian Netherlands [SP 87/14/54]. The Dutch are anxious that British and Hanoverian troops should relieve some of their garrisons on the frontier. Wade could not agree, but encloses two papers from Count Nassau stating their case [SP 87/14/56, 57]. It is now intended to assemble the troops at Anderlecht. Dated at Brussels. PS. congratulating Carteret on his marriage. ff. 88, 89
