Extract of advices since the last post: arrival of the French king at Cambrai and declaration of war on Maria Theresa. The king is expected at Lille, where the batteries are being furnished with cannon and the bourse is being used to store corn. 40,000 pairs of shoes and five boatloads of flour have arrived. Cantonment of the troops. Delivery by a courier of orders to Dunkirk, Gravelines and Calais. Dated at Ypres. ff. 85, 86
