Advices from Namur and Brussels: the garrison of Maubeuge is now ready to march. The garrison of Avesnes has left and is cantoned along the Sambre. Townspeople and peasants have been mounting guard with the militia in places where the garrisons have departed. Mons will be invested and the king intends to be present. He has arrived at Dinant.
