Extract of advices from Namur: 400 carts are moving munitions to Cambrai from Charleville and Sedan, and a large train of artillery is heading for Valenciennes. Nouailles' army will be assembled towards the end of the month, and there will be three other army corps. The French will garrison Dinant. There is talk of besieging Mons. ff. 57, 58
