Ligonier [to Carteret]: contrary winds delaying Wade. The French have dispersed all the Dunkirk troops to the frontier garrisons. They have marked out three new camps. No resolutions can be made until the arrival of Wade. Prince George of Hesse has begun his march towards Roermond. Honeywood will keep the ten battalions ready. Dated at Brussels. ff. 50, 51
