Description

Honeywood [to Carteret]: the ten battalions will remain where they are. The declaration of war. The marshal [Wade] has not yet arrived. There is no money for the erection of fodder magazines, to pay the contractors, or for cavalry and dragoon equipment. Dated at Brussels. ff. 43, 44
