Honeywood to Carteret: in accordance with Wade's instructions, he has marched three battalions of guards to Ghent. He believes the intended invasion is over, and there are no ships left in Dunkirk road. He will however have Pulteney's [remaining seven] regiments at 48 hours readiness to march to Dunkirk. Dispositions of the remaining ten regiments. Dated (OS) at Brussels. ff. 21, 22
