Description

Reports request from Governor Seton (which he is inclined to comply with) for an addition of 200 men for the Garrison of St. Vincent; Barracks by Order of Government during the 'late appearance of War' have been erected for that number; reference to proposed defences of Antigua; encloses copy of Governor Seton's letter.
