Description

Draft; acknowledges receipt of letter regarding Black Corps serving in the West Indian Islands; reports that the King was pleased to express his satisfaction at the acount given by Mathew and gives his consent to appointment of Mr. Miller, son of Captain Millar, to be Second Lieutenant of the Company of Artificers, and Second Lieutenant Mr. McNiel, now serving at Dominica, to have the Rank of First Lieutenant; order for Mr. Inman should succeed to other vacancy.
